Cancellation policy:

A written cancellation of a reservation is possible up to 3 days before arrival without any costs.

In case of a cancellation less than 3 days, non-arrival, late arrival or early departure, the entire arrangement will be charged at 100% if the room cannot be sublet.


COVID-19

Arrival is impossible
If travel has become objectively impossible for the guest (general exit or entry bans, closed airports), both contracting parties are released from their obligation to perform. In such a case, any advance payments will be refunded.

Personal quarantine
If the guest cannot arrive because he is personally under official quarantine, the regular cancellation conditions apply.

Fear of contagion
If the guest does not want to travel or wishes to leave early because of fear of infection,  the regular cancellation conditions apply.

Illness
If the guest is ill (coronavirus or other illness) and cannot travel or must leave early, the regular cancellation conditions apply.
We recommend that you look into purchasing travel insurance to cover any possible issues.
